ok, so it's to a friend of the family...but I DON'T CARE lol
she saw me wearing one of my Russian pieces to a Christmas party and I think it was partly the colour, but she wants one!!
We had lunch today and she asked me about it, I am so excited!!
I won't be making it for a couple of weeks since they won't be around for a little while and she's going to pick something out from my colours...but I am thrilled...and had to share :)
:lol: (I need a dancing smilie! :) )

I need to learn to get past the ackward talking about money part with people I know lol

thankfully this lady really appreciates the time and effort that go into a piece and wants to pay me for it! (as in, pay me for all my time lol)

YAY Kim!!!!!! CONGRATS!! Proud of ya!! Custom orders feel good, even if I hate making them, because someone wants something specific made with your own hands. It gives a person a great sense of pride!!! Awesome!!!

(I tried to add smilies, but must be an upgrade thing!!! *red faced popping angry smilie* Grr LOLOL )

hey, it's okay that its for a friend of the family. I've gotten several custom orders from my mother's coworkers and also family friends, but it's still orders and people noticing your work!
