I found this today and although it is not bead weaving, it is still worked with beads and looks like lots of fun! It is Huichol technique done by the Huichol Indians of Mexico. Some of you may have heard of it, but this link leads to a Gourd Bowl, beaded on the inside. Very cool!

I love the Huichol's beadwork! many times wanted to try this technique but was not sure... should I use beewax from wax candles or I have to add something to it? Has anybody tried it?

I have not tried this technique yet! I am not sure what type of wax they use, but I don't see why beeswax wouldn't work. I would use a real beeswax however because I have reason to believe it is more pliable than a wax in a candle. If you try this let us see! ;)
